Maintaining a 1:1 caregiver-client ratio allows us to deliver top-quality care. Our life assistants work to support our residents in achieving their personal goals. Plus, we have tons of fun!

If you're interested in applying, you'll need to be 18 or older, be able to pass background checks, have a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to work and have a smartphone. You'll also need to be comfortable working with service dogs. Most importantly, you'll need to have a big heart.
